Sam received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University. He attended the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center and earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2023.

Sam is passionate about treating patients with neurologic disorders and strives to provide excellent patient care.
